We select a featured product each season and suggest some recipe ideas using that product.

Our current featured product is Belvoir elderflower cordial. Belvoir make the most delicious fragrant elderflower cordial weíve been able to find. To make the most refreshing drink simply mix 1 part Belvoir elderflower cordial with 7 parts chilled sparkling Kingsdown spring water, and if youíd like to be more adventurous we think you’ll enjoy our other elderflower recipes.

Elderflower and Lime Cheesecake

ingredients
3/4 large pack digestive biscuits
90g butter
60g sugar
360g full fat cream cheese
160ml double cream, lightly whipped
2tbs icing sugar
1 lime
zest of 1 lemon
2 tbs Belvoir elderflower cordial

A wonderfully indulgent cheesecake delicately flavoured with fragrant elderflower

method

  1. Place the digestive biscuits in a large plastic bag. Hold one end of the bag and using a rolling pin crush until they resemble fine breadcrumbs
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan and mix in the crushed biscuits and sugar
  3. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into an 8″ round tin with a lift up base and place in the fridge
  4. Use a fine grater/lemon zester to grate the lemon

Kingsdown Spring Water at the Tate

Kinsgsdown have just been selected as the sole supplier of bottled water to the Tate Modern in London. The Tate has a strict policy of only using suppliers with excellent environmental practices and a commitment to continued improvement.

We run our own delivery fleet all with the latest low emission engines and are actively investigating options for running electrically powered vehicles.
